At Catwalk Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that as a wholesale provider, returns are processed for store credit or exchange unless the items are found to be faulty.
Request Authorization
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original clear packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your approved RMA form inside the parcel to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Parcel
Send your return package using a tracked and insured shipping service to our central distribution warehouse; please keep your tracking number until the return is confirmed.
Quality Inspection & Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a store credit to your account or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
